ISpeedsay ripoff Took money out of my checking acount without telling me

I gave them 2.95 for information to be sent to me on 12/26/06. I never got it. Then on 1/8/07 they took 29.95 out of my checking account. I talked with Tina (wouldn't give a last name), and she refused to give me back my money.

I told her I didn't receive the information that was supposed to be sent out. She said it came in an e-mail and that if I didn't discontinue the program, I would be charged 29.95 a month. I didn't know I was signing up for anything... Just wanted information. She refused to give me my money back.

I'm afraid she will take more money out. These are bad people. A very bad, unreputable company.
