I purchased a free CD for a grant search assistant, and the next thing that I know is I am being charged $29.95 for a service that I didn't pay for. I do not find this ethical and why haven't they been stopped from doing this again and again. I need every penny that I earn and I do not appreciate people stealing my hard, hard earned money. Please let me know if there is something that can be done.
