EBay does not prosrcute fraud ripoff Nationwide

Bought an item from Widsor Canada, Dawg442 individual name on ebay. Went through security and customer service on EBay took forever 3-6 months for a refund that didn't include a $25.00 shipping and handling fee (S&H fee was only $6.00 but EBay charges $25.00 Standard) I was assured individual would be proscuted if found. More individuals involved besides myself.

I contacted Widsor Police home of Dawg442. Talked to a detective and he tried to contact EBay No report was filed by EBay for Fraud. Detective couldn't prove man was using handle Dawg442 so he could not arrest. I tried talking to EBay about assisting with the investigation. "We are handling it"

Good luck with any complaints, makes me want to sell on EBay
