Itunes - IPod
Ripoff Paid for membership for unlimited downloads programs and songs then I cant login in Says I have no membership

Searched for ITunes in Goggle and clicked on the first ITunes. We did all the steps for membership, paid for it, then when I try to login it says I have no membership. When I try to go to Customer support it says my account is not existent.
Nothing can be downloaded and there is no way of contacting them.
