Rip off, Deceptive advertising, Promised services and could not delive

They advertised DSL for rural locations. Of course you also had to sign up for their phone services and pay close to $200.00 for a install. The dsl never worked well and most of the time didn't work at all. They strung me along for months promising to get it fixed. And then tried to give me a line about being in a contract for a year when I canceled. I have not recieved a refund for any amount from them. I wonder how many other people got the same treatment from them?
