This web site took money from our account and we do not even know who they are or how to get ahold of them!

A with draww in the form of a draft was taken from our accout in the amount of $49.95. We haave no idea of who took it only the web site address. I dont know how they got our info or what is going on but this is awful how people can just go to your account and use a fake draft number and with draw money. We barely live paycheck to paycheck and yet these people are getting away with this...?
