Lie, Cheat & Steal ripoff

I asked for overdraft protection and was denied, because of my credit. I asked if they could take money from my secondary checking account to prevent overdrafts in my primary, and they told me that they couldn't. They said that I would have to open a "savings account" with the minimum of $300.00 in it, that they would draft from that account to take care of the "insuficient funds". I live from paycheck to paycheck, and it still isn't enough, much less come up with $300.00 for a savings.

I had an overdraft in my secondary account, that totaled negative ($188.25). My primary account was good for $121.58 and they drafted $116.24 from it to pay on the negative secondary account, when they could could have done that plenty of times to prevent many of my overdrafts, but they said they "couldn't do that". The bad part is, I was spending money out of my good account today, which will give me a total of four more overdrafts. I went from a negative $188.25 to negative $231.18

Dont forget I have 4 overdrafts comming do the math. My paycheck is direct deposited, so when it's deposited, i'll have very little left.

I got online to see what the wachovia policy was on this and all I found was tons of angry people tired of wachovias crooked ways. I thought I was by myself, but i'm obviously not. Can these people keep getting away with doing hard working people like us, like this? I'm tired of juggling to see what gets turned off next while these crooked "I wished I could say", manipulate my money week after week and they live like kings. I never robbed any bank, yet they rob me!

I'm going to see what kind of response this gets, and then i'm contacting an attorney.
