Took mondy from my debit account - I returned the product per their directions and they didn't return my money

I ordered one set of cd, s for 9.95 Paid by debit card. Over one month later they took 69.95 out of my Account. The same day My Bank Called the company and I cancelled the account. Iwas told by E-mail to mail back the cd, s within two weeks and I would recieve a refund of $60. Oo. This was on Dec 5. On Dec 8 I sent the cd, s back To the adress that was sent by the company thru E-mail. That adress was Onlingo refunds, refund number RMA 212509 PO Box1566 Suisun city CA. 94585

The cd, s were Delivered on dec 13, Only to be returned, because They could'nt be delivered to a PO BOX. I sent tapes back to the adress that was sent by them on line They Knew that it could not be delivered to this adress and gave me this imformation so that I could'nt get the cd, s back on time, and they get to keep my $60. This Is a Shoddy way to run a business I Hope That Something can be done to stop These People from RIPPING folks Off.
