$560 worth of Christmas jewelry I will not receive from Bidz ripoff internet

December 8th I went on a bidding frenzy on Bidz.com and won 5 bids. Of course I paid with my Visa card, and the next day I tried to reach their 24/7 customer service, and the next day, and the next - finally Monday I reached them and asked why my orders were not showing a shipping # yet - they stated they have 15 days to process the order and the USPS has another 15 days to get it to me. I almost started crying explaining that these were Christmas gifts and WHY dont they post that the items wont be received in time for the holiday - like other internet sites do and give you options to express mail.

Finally, USPS numbers posted but guess what? They are not going anywhere. I called my bank and told them about this fraud, after 3 days of not getting in touch of them I found this site and I was horrified. My bank said they are sending me a paper to fill out so I can get my money back, that was last week, still didnt receive it. I'm going to the bank tomorrow and then the postal service and if I have to, I will call the Attorney Generals office and luckily for me, my husbands cousin is a US Postal inspector. I'll call him about this fraud.

I can't believe there has been this many complaints and they are still up and selling items to unsuspecting people!
