Charges $29.95 for membership not listed on initial order page! Ripoff Internet

I ordered this for $47 without knowing they charge a membership fee for updates... This I found after I actually had time to sit and read the program... Which unfortunatley was after they had already charged my bank account for.

With charging my account it has led me to overfraft my bank account 8 times at $35 a pop. I did find the refund/credit page and requested my $29.95 and initial payment of $47 with no response.

I then talked to my bank about the charge not being authorized and they have since put the money back into my account, but not any of the overdraft fees I had gotten from this charge going through... Not yet anyway.
The phone will never ring through, just comes as a busy signal, which I explained to the bank, and they confirmed by calling.

I suggest anyone with this issue take it up with your bank and file a dipute on the unauthorized charge.
Here is also the website to go to to request a refund from the company, it hasn't helped me yet, but it's worht a try, right?
