Stole money from my debit card, without my permission or knowledge ripoff

My story is the same as all the others, but I until I read all these reports, I thought I was just a random person who got taken.
Long story short version.
I sighed up with 123 privacy matters.com for a copy of mine and my husbands credit report, for a one time fee of $1.00. That was fine. I autorized that.
That was done on nov 6th
On Nov 14th I was charged $14.95, from AP9 shopping essential.
Then again On Dec 13th another $14.95.
I called and got a run around that shopping essential is associated somehow with 123 privacy matters, and that they are in the same company, and the operater, (mathan and his employee # is 26070) said he would refund my money.
But at the begining of the call, he asked my name and phone number and said he could not find me in his system.
So when he said he would refund my money, I asked how he had my account number but not my name in his system, that is when he switched the subject and said it would take 2 days for the refund.
I called my bank, they want me to come down and fill out forms and they said they will discuss with me what we can do to stop anymore unauthorized debits.
I pay all my bills on line and it will be really stressful to try to change everything.
