Privacy Matters 123
Ripoff fraudulent charges on debit card

Business & Finance

I noticed strange billing on my debit card from two places. One was called Privacy Matters 123 and it was a charge for $29.95.

The other was called Shopping Essential and there was a charge for $14.95. I have no record of having signed up for either of these services, and it was only supposed to have happened last month.

When I called, they "cancelled" my account right away, but something is wrong. They refused to refund my money and refused to tell me what the charge was for, but muttered some stuff about me getting a credit report.
