MacBook Pro Broke After Four Weeks, Replacement Part Never Ordered

My $3300.00 MacBookPro broke after 4 weeks of use w / AppleCare Protection Warranty. After 17 days waiting for its return I was told "we don't know how long it will be perhaps you can purchase another (refurbished) one. After every call I was told the part has been ordered it's on its way. But the part had never been ordered I was told it was being expedited in 2 separate phone calls. When I reported to them that I am an unsatisfied customer I was disconnected twice once by a evens at the AppleCare Protection help line.
