CTLSoftware Rip off! Charged my card for item, never sent, don't answer phone or emails!

I ordered WIndows XP on Oct 4th. My checking account was promply charged. 2 months later I've still not received the software. I've called, emailed, reported to the BBB, and tryed useing live help to no avail. Big rip off company!!
