I have the same problems as everyone else here. I had a pop on my computer that described an virus problem, it said it was from windows security so I ordered the virus software, but when the bill popped up after the purchase it also said I had ordered alpha wipe and premium support, which I had not. I did not receive the virus software and the alpha wipe only messed up my computer, you cannot get ahold of this company at all, phone mailboxes are always full, email you will not get an answer only that they have received it, and for this I guess this is the support I paid for I have asked numerous time to be credited for this to no avail.
