Ripped me off, Will not reply to my e-mails

I bought a game online and downloaded it online. They say on their site that if you lose your game for any reason you can just download it again.

I tried to log on to download it again and it says that i have the wrong password. It says if your having trouble logging on to write to them and they will send you a new password.

I have been writing them now for 7 month's without a single reply.
