The X! #%! Took money out of my account without authorization! Ripoffg

Well about 3 years ago we filled out an app for a computer on line at pcdirectbiz. It was of of coarse approved. We then decided to cancel the app because it would cost us 4 times what the computer was worth. She told us that will be fine that all we had to do was put a stop payment on the 99.00 down payment and everything would stopped. (they couldn't stop the payment themselves) But lo and behold, 3 years later on November 24, they debit our account 99.00 and made my account go negative 100.00. I never imagined that anyone would stoop so low as this! I contacted my bank. They assured me they would get my money back. If they can't, I promise i will not stop there! I will change my bank account as well! I would like to see these sleezy snakes stopped for good! Thank goodness we had allready purchased our thanksgiving groceries or they may have been remembered as the a! H! Les that stole thanksgiving dinner!
