November of I contracted with PCDirect for a laptop computer. I was just learning the internet and was attempting to obtain a computer for myself so that I could assist my brother-in-law with his home business.

Needless to say after months of e-mails and phone calls both to the company and from the "owner" of the company to myself I still did not receive my computer as promised.

The final payment for that computer was withdrawn from my checking account February. Just 4 months after my last contact with owner James Cook who assured me my computer would arrive in 10 days.

It is June my computer has never arrived, but James Cook has my $1800.00, can-not-afford-to-lose-dollars.
