Ripped off single mother of six ripoff

I thought it was too good to be true. I came across a website that offered free cd roms just pay $2 something for postage so I did. I received nothing and heard nothing so I forgot about it. Until Tuesday when I find my account had been debited for $65 dollars, I have sent them several emails and received no reply. I am a single mum of six children, I still have three birthdays and christmas to pay for in the next month. I can not afford to be ripped off please help.
