Fraudulent billing, ripped me off, underhanded dealings, soulless bastards

I too have been ripped off by ThinkAll Publishing. As soon as I realised what they were up to I cancelled my "membership". The membership I was totally unaware of having joined!
Then when I read the fine, confusing, well hidden print, I was horrified to find out that they could continue ripping me off at the rate of $68.00aud ($49.95us) every few months!

Apparently I also agreed to this. Not that I was aware of doing that either! Thanks to them taking the $68.00 out of my credit card, they pushed me over my credit limit earning me a $30.00 over-the-limit-fee. Add to that the two mysterious charges of $6.57aud ($4.95us) the total comes to $111.14aud ($82.35us).

That may not sound like a lot of money to some people, but we are living on a pension. To cap it all off, it is going to cost $45.00aud ($33.75us) to send their useless CDs back to them!

I hope, if nothing else, no one else gets stung by these shysters. Of course, I would love to see my money refunded and then see them run out of business and then burn in hell! I have had to have my credit card cancelled and re-issued to stop this bunch of assholes taking more money from my account. Again, costing me more money that we cannot afford.

Oh, and forget about talking to their "customer service" line. It is manned by brainless halfwits, who use wonderful phrases like "as if", "not even", "ouch!" and the ever popular, "don't think so". But of course, they don't think - they don't think of the people like me who can't afford to pay their ridiculous prices and fraudulent charges.

Do yourself a favour, don't go anywhere near ThinkAll Publishing!
