They took 49.95 out my account without permission

I have never heard of this company but I do know that on the ninth of November 49.95 was taken out of my account. I went to my bank to see why that had happen they told me that some company with the name "Secret Cash Card" withdrew the money the same day I put it in the bank. I then told the lady at the bank that I had never heard of this stupid company and if I had given them money or at least siad ok to the whole thing why don't I have a clue as to who they are? She asked me alot of questions and made no sirious effort to help me get my money back. I pry that the Lord has mercy on that company and that I be blessed to get my little girls money back for her.
