BMG took money but never sent cd's Ripoff

BMG is a rip-off company - they took money for an order two months ago but the cd's were never received. Company has given us the run around and has refused to send the order or give a refund. They will not even answer e-mails any more.

You can not contact the company except by e-mail and the
answers you get back are obviously a standard reply and do nothing but tell you to keep waiting.

This company has already been sued and lost for misleading advertising about shipping and handling fees that were not in the sign-up offer before. It is now there only because of a court order.
