Will not contact cutomers back dishonest ripoffs

The above stated company has failed to do the following.

1.) Contact customers back via e-mail, phone, and snail mail.

2.) Placing the ZIFF Socket (zero insertion force) with in qualified terms.

3.) K.B. (Knowledge Base) has not been on line for 1yr and 6 mo.

4.) In place of #3 can case over heat of CPU non sufficient air flow can cause fire.

5.) Contact FTC with reference # 2098781

6.) As proof I have the motherboard, somatics in reference of manual, bill, amongst others stating the same of over heating with the product.
