Ripoff ripoff business from hell

This is a rebuttal to the Employees who wish
to cover up and protect the crooked company
they work. (Quote— "we have to earn a living
somehow" unquote)

WE consumers are reading the FINE PRINT...

In my case & my magazines were a FREE COMPLIMENTARY
gift for being such a valued customer (W / visa)
In which VISA gave NSS all my PERSONAL information,
Home address, credit card number ect... (each is
blaming the other at this time, will come out in
court if they don't settle first, as we suspect)

I was to recieve a 90 day FREE trial and would be
mailed a cancellation form before the 90 day period
was up (LIE) My account records will clearly show
(IN COURT — class action suit against both companies
involved — Visa and Nss) that my account was charged
WAY BEFORE the 90 day FREE trial period was up and that
at any time did I ever recieve a CANCELLATION notice!
FOR THAT MATTER & nor have I ever recieved any of the
FREE COMPLIMENTARY MAGAZINES (?)

VISA should be ashamed of thereself... To let a fly by
night scumbag company come in and dirty their long standing
good name... Visa claims NO wrong doing. But, I have
argued the fact as to how NSS became in possession of ALL
my personal information... Because I DIDNOT FURNISH this
information out to ANYONE! VISA sells this company our
personal information & for a small fee of course...
They are just as much to blame as NSS... I will give
VISA the benefit of the dout as they say... Quote— " WE
were totally unaware of this companies doings" unquote.
Okay. I will buy that... Sooo they (visa) were unaware
in the beginning as to what was going on... Whats there
excuse now... Being this has been allowed to go for over
(Dated back 2 years now)

Visa needs to Be punished for ALLOWING this to happen—
(I'm aware there are other companies— First card, mastercard)
And NSS MAGAZINE needs to be put out of business...

At this time... There is a CLASS ACTION law suit being
prepared against BOTH of these companies. So hopefully
this company will be put out of business, or as I suspect —
Both VISA and NSS have millionss and millions of OUR dollars
that it will not be any problem for these two to settle out of
court...
