Internet Fraud, ripoff fraudulent shipping, took my money without sending me the laptop I bought Huoston

I ordered a Dell laptop from them and when I checked out, they sent me an email for payment instructions.

I had to pay through western union with cash. Upon receiving my payment to them, they sent me another email saying that my order will be shipped today, shipping takes 2 to 5 days.

I emailed them back asking if I could track my order. No reply was received. Then after 5 days, I never received the laptop that I paid.
