A week ago the issue began. I've a specific IP along with highspeed web. I was about the telephone for what looked like hours and named them twice a week ago. Following the first phone, by which they created me go of troubleshooting on my finish through a variety, they ultimately delivered out a technology. He explained the issue was within the point that was exterior and he'd be back again to repair it. He never confirmed. They created me feel the whole point again which included unplugging my device etc etc etc. They stated they'd deliver somebody out after I called back. They turned up, also it worked for of a time. I was about the telephone again for near to one hour and called recently. To date no body named or indicates up. I'm said to be on the four-hour support strategy. They really should enhance their support.
