Nationwide billing rip -off

I called to purchase medical billing software for home billing. I asked about the plan and when i received it, could i automatically be able to start medicare and comp billing. Told that i would be provided with numbers and contacts that would start my billing immediatly. Asked if there was any thing else i had to do and jack told me that all the legwork was done for me. Just call the number and start typing. I was told 7 to 10 days, i would receive my software package. After 2 weeks and still no program i called again. Then i was told it was in the mail next day air. No delivery! The 3rd. Day i received the package. When opening it, the first thing you do is register. Ok i did that. Next install program. Ok - did that. Reading the information i found that i in fact have to do everything and that they never even told you that you get your own doctors, e-mail thru another company and pay a fee for that too. I called and was told that they do not refund on software. I left many messages with the so called consultant of the company and have yet to get a response. I called medisoft and was told that attorney generals office shut them down months ago, well why then when i called the other day was i asked if i would like to purchase a software package and that they are still advertising in my local paper as of 7/23/00. All i want is my money back of $329.00 plus shipping and tax. Medisoft has not offered to help with the refund either, you would think that this nationwide billing services who is representing them would want to make things right and protect there reputation, i guess money is the bottom line.
