I got a letter from NCO that I owe $144.50. I called NCO @ 866-372-8498 3x's and each time my line was disconnected. I knew something was up. So I googled the company and found this site. I called AOL @ 877-773-4462 and spoke to a rep and I raised hell because I cancelled my AOL account 4 years ago! He waived the balance and said he sent a message to NCO to stop the collection process. I'm going to follow up with AOL until I get confirmation from NCO that I do not owe any balance!
