Ripoff fraudulent collection sent on behalf of AOL

Several years ago, I made the HUGE mistake of installing a free trial of AOL with a new laptop I bought. After the trial period was up, I attempted over and over to cancel the account, but had no luck. The charges were coming straight from my bank account using my debit card. I finally had to go through changing my card and paying bank fees to stop the charges.

Now, years later, I received this bogus collection letter from NCO Financial Systems regarding my "past due balance" of $95.60. I'm so glad I found this site to learn that this is happening to many people, not just me! THANK YOU!

Is there anything we can do to shut this practice down?
