Internet Game Site Suspends Winners to Avoid Paying ripoff Internet

I found Real Cash Games/SkillJam through a link at Real Arcade. Because I have used many Real products and services, I felt safe using a product they endorsed. After a couple of weeks of playing games sucessfully (some wins, some losses, nothing fishy), I shelled out $69.95 for a year-long VIP membership.included in the membership was the promise of 24/7 live technical assistance.

As I played games over the next month or so, I got pretty good and won several tournaments. Of course, most of the cash I won was funnelled back into playing more games. I did request a withdrawal of $50, which I received in about a month. However, right after I made a second withdrawal request for $75, I received a "temporary account suspension". I emailed customer service and was told that the "account team" was reviewing my account for fraudulent activity. Needless to say, I had not committed fraud and waited patiently for my account to be reactivated, which it was one week later, with a note from the account reps to keep all other browswer windows closed when playing games.

Thinking the problem had been solved, I deposited more cash and tried playing again. A few hours later, I received a second account suspension, which was immediately removed, but then I received another suspension the following day. My account has been suspended since August 26th and, despite numerous emails to customer care, I have not heard back from them at all. Several times I have had my emails returned with a message that the mail box is overloaded.

If I was at a zero balance, I wouldn't give the website another thought, but the fact is that I want the money I had in my account at the time of suspension, and I also want an assurance that my yearly membership will not be renewed. Of course you can't cancel a membership or request a withdrawal without signing in to your account and I'm not able to do that due to the suspension.

It seems like SkillJam is more than willing to take your money, but they don't like it when you actually win and try to withdraw your funds.
