E-Proauction ripoff they stole $49.95 from my bank account without my knowledge or consent

On 8-11-06 I applied for a free offer with this company that was in my email. It was an ebay tutorial that was supposed to help me learn about ebay etc. They tried to bill me before the 14 days were up. It was only about 10 days.

I emailed them and canceled the service. The service didn't work right, it kept stalling out and didn't allow me to do things that should have been working as part of their service.

They advertised a free service for 14 days, but took $9.95 out of my bank account after only 10 days. I agreed to pay this.

Later after I cancelled the service they took $49.95 out of my bank account without my knowledge or consent. This overdrew my account. This was on 9-24-06. I called them and they said it would take 2-14 days to be returned. It has been over 18 days and the money hasn't been returned. I called them today 10-12-06 and they said the main office would be notified or some such crap. They assured me it would be returned to my account, but I'm still waiting. I hope you can help me and warn others about these rip-offs. (I could use a better word for them)
