Won bid on E-Bay item #9726564490, Roaby2 Portable System with XM Radio Reciever Indluded! On May-21-06, Seller said he did not accept Pay-Pal Because he did not believe in paying to recieve his money!

So I sent him a USPS money order On may-23-06 For $34.01 ($28.01 for item-$6.00 shipping) that he recieved and cashed and e-mailed me that he was sending my merchandise right out to me, about a week or so later I sent him a message that I have not recieved it yet and asked if he had sent it. He said that he sent it and got it back as undeliverable because of a wrong address! I sent him my correct address to him (the same one that is on the payment summary that he sent to me, he told me that he would send it out again and send me the tracking no. Which he never sent me.

I asked him for it several times, and I did not recieve the item. Again he said he got it back as the wrong address. This happened several more times. He claims he kept getting it back! I even e-mailed him copies of shipping lables from packages i have recieved Via. USPA, FedEx, UPS! And he still claimes that he gets it back.

So finally I sent a negative feed back to e-bay and called him on the phone and he said that if I took the neg. Feed back of he would send it priority mail the next day! So I did take the feed back off (like an idiot) and still to this day I have not recieved item! I filed a claim with e-bay and it was in my favor, so they will send me $3.01 (I sent Mr. Moody $34 01) and E-bay charges $25.00

This man is a thief! So E-Bay buyers Beware
