Paul young ripoff stole 1075.00

I bought a dreamline from paul young for 625.00 and i also bought a racing line for 425.00. I have never received one cent from this company. He also changed his address and customer service number without contacting me. His customer number line is still in service, it is 323 960 1001. I took him to the bbb and also cal. State general attorney. But i received no help. Paul young told the bbb he was going to refund my money in 12-05, i never received nothing. It is a dreamline line on the telephone and a racing line through the internet. He said i would receive a profit after 625.00 dollars were received or 60%of sales i never received nothing.
