Dishonest billing

Below although I am unsure you are able to support it moves. I obtained a notice from NCO economic systems inc. The notice states that my consideration has been submitted by America Online for their workplace. They're are declaring I owe $95.60 which goes back to 2003 to aol. I approved a free day trial. I'd recently changed to comcast cable and they desired to get me back. I forgot about this convinced that will be the last of aol and applied the one month test. A statement was obtained by a while following the month was around i from aol requesting cash. I requested them why and named? They mentioned I didn't stop service. I told them that support was never requested by me or do since I have had been a customer I want their support. I had been subsequently advised that since I didn't stop their present that was free I'd continue being charged. Should you cannot support who are able to. They're currently threatening to find a sense against me. How can this culture allow these businesses escape with this specific type of fraud? What's my option? Who are able to I change to?
