I submitted my order on line and never received the product. When I called the customer service line, it gave me a choice between telephone numbers on which I had called in the order. I was unable to speak to a representative. I have still been unable to speak with the company, nor have i received my product. A reply email to me advised to call the customer service line again. Unbelievable!
