I got into a situation where my supplier, ATown Wholesale, took my money and didn't deliver the goods. I refunded all my customers money. PayPal froze the remainder of my account and won't release until Jan. 07. There has been no claims against the account as all have been paid in full.
My advice do not leave any funds in your PayPal account or the bank account it is linked to. Move that money around. I'm not the only one this has happened too. Talking to them does no good they cite the terms and conditions that we agreed too. I got an E-Mail from them today to contact them and no one had a clue as to why. Lucky for me they only have $460.00 of my money.
