Funds frozen until Jan. 07 after supplier failed to deliver

I got into a situation where my supplier, ATown Wholesale, took my money and didn't deliver the goods. I refunded all my customers' money. PayPal froze the remainder of my account and won't release it until Jan. 07. There have been no claims against the account, as all have been paid in full.
My advice: do not leave any funds in your PayPal account or the bank account it is linked to. Move that money around. I'm not the only one this has happened to. Talking to them does no good; they cite the terms and conditions that we agreed to. I got an e-mail from them today to contact them, and no one had a clue as to why. Lucky for me they only have $460.00 of my money.
