Cash vanished from my account

Good-day, recently I had been examining my egold account and was amazed at what I noticed: I'd nearly 200 ounces of platinum (USD 100,177.90). I dropped cash and my cash that originated from nowhere. My code changed instantly and today I'm looking for out what's occurred.
