Fraudulent Billing ifriends

I keep being billed by WPI Ifriends on my paypal account over and over. I have never authorized this payment but yet it is still there. The charges are $2.47 and $29.99 over and over.

This is extremely frustrating as this money goes to feed my kids now I have to worry about some company out there basically stealing that away. Any help please I can't afford this.
