Stealing money from my account, theft, wasting buisiness hours filling out this report

My credit card statement shows wpi*ifriends 1-800*ifriends.net. I told wpi to stop billing me. I never signed up w / them. They did not know who i was. No help on there end. Well i know who they are, scam artist. Help, please help. This cant be legal. If they can get away with this then how many others will follow suit?
