Ripoff

We had an internet/e-mail issue... I called Caring Computers because I had used them before... Mo was dispatched... 1st) he claimed that my Windows Liveone had corrupted, couldn't get it off the computer... He therefore put on his version of WindowsXP which took off my exel, work programs that I hadn't realized until after I filed the report... Mo did his thing, charged me $117.16 and said I had to sign his reciept before he could accept any money or leave... I did so... The next day the computer was doing the exact same thing that it did when I called him... Mo again came out, with the assurance of the home office, I as assured I had a 15 day guarantee, the pc was doing what it did before I called him...

Mo made an appointment with me for 3:30 pm the next day... During the day he called and said he had an engagement with his wife and could he come later... He came at 9:30 pm, keep in mind I get up at 4 am for a 6 am shift... He spent a few minutes and said he restarted the modem... Charged me another $70 or so... I again reiterated to him we had quest out and they stated that nothing is wrong with the modem, they were out before he came... I called Qwest again, they stated it is an issue with the PC... I called Caring Computers again... They were a little rude... Then Mo kindly offered to sell me a complete system. Duh! I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau... The issue from the beginning was no internet, no e-mail... Could not connect... And that was the same issue the 2nd time we had the company out... The way I see it, if it was the modem, why did he not check it out on the first trip before taking half the programs off of my computer and adding the technicians favorite program... What I'll end up doing is just buying another pc and calling it a loss... But if anyone out there in the Valley of The Sun has a computer problem. Beware of Caring Computers LLC... Will just rip you off period..
