Ripoff, fraudulant bank charges, ordered a product from a differant company online months ago not have been billed 79.95 to my bank account

Months ago I ordered a product, maybe hoodia, and then canceled the order I had to pay $1.99 for the shipping it was a try it for free offer. Now I'm being charged 79.95 from this Lean Rx. When ever I call to straighten out the situation there is only a recorded message stating customer service will soon be on the line then it asks for a phone number to return the call to.
