Ripoff Wouldn't return money won into my E-Wallet neteller account

I won some money on Golden Palace. When I submitted my Withdrawal, it stated that for first time Withdrawals, I would need to enter my Account # and Password information to have it sent to Neteller. This Withdrawal request was submitted on August 27th. On Sept. 6th, after not hearing anything, I decided to email to see what was taking so long for an E-Wallet deposit back into my account. I then receive an email stating the following:

Dear L:
I hope you are doing well. I've reviewed your account and found that we haven't received your documents yet. As we told you on the e-mail sent to you on 09/02/06, for security purposes we require personal documentation in order to process your withdrawal request. These documents are,
—Valid photo ID (drivers license, passport, etc.)
—2 Utility bills (showing your name and address on it)
—Top part of bank statement (showing your name and address)
You can scan them and e-mail it to us or fax it at 1-888-557-8851 attn. Security.

I kindly emailed them back and noted that I received no such email on 09-02 as they stated, but would comply (despite the other sites I belong to have never asked for any of this information when Withdrawing funds back into my Neteller account)

So, I emailed them my Bank Statement, a Utility Bill and my Drivers License. Note that the 2 Statements show my physical street address and my D.L. Shows my P.O. Box which I use for mailing. I then get an email back stating that the information I sent in does not match my address I have on their account. So, I decided it was time to call.

They told me that my account has my street address, which match my statements, but since it did not match my Drivers License they could not process my request. I stated that if I asked for a check to be mailed to me, there might be "some" concern, but since I am asking for the funds to be sent to Neteller, which is where it came from initially, I did not understand what the problem was.

All I got in return was that the info I provided did not match my info on my account. PUHLEEEEEZE!!! So I basically told them that I am not going to the DMV just to change my address on my License to match my account address. I can change my address on my account, but then my Bank Statement and Utility Bill wouldn't match.
I finally just told them to return the funds to my account. I would use it up & NEVER use their site again. What a joke! I even told him that I just cashed out $500.00 on another site and they returned the funds to my Neteller no questions asked. Imagine... Customer service at it's best, at least on other sites except for GoldenPalace of course!
