Refusing to payout winnings and ignoring emails

I was sent 3 promotional coupon from this casino if I downloaded and played, which i did. I actually won and tried to withdraw $1500.00 into my neteller account, leaving $800.00 in my casino account.

It took forever for them to send my 1500.00 to my neteller account and i e-mailed them several times to find out why they weren't doing this. They would not answer any of my emails, which aggravated me so i withdrew my remaining $800.00.

After about two weeks i finally recieved emails saying my withdrawals were approved and would be in my neteller account, i also recieved one saying my withdrawal was declined, this didn't make sense and there were no amounts in the e-mails

When checking my neteller account i found that the 1500.00 was deposited and not the 800.00 the conditions of the promotion was that you could only win and withdraw 1500.00 on each promotion. However i had three different promotions so i should have been able to win 1500.00 three times.

I have sent the casino 4 or 5 more e-mails asking what is going on with my 800.00, but they will not respond, they completely ignore my e-mails not even giving me a reason. The $800.00 is gone out of my casino account but has not been given to me.

When i check my account history on the casino it says that a manager withdrew my $800.00 since i get no response i assume that means the manager just helped himself to my winnings. From looking at this site i see this is not the first time this has happened
