Com Ripoff Scam cheat Beware

I funded a Neteller account. They company took the money out of my checking account with no problems. However, when I tried to transfer the money to another site I kept getting the run around. All the cust service reps gave vague excuses but wouldn't say exactly what the problem was. Now I'm cheated out of the money they gave me. Beware!
