I was shopping for good prices on ink jet cartridges for my new printer. Found ezinkjets.com online offering 25% discount on first purchase. Bought $30 worth of product. Received email stating items were shipped on 8/1/06, that took 5 to 10 business days for delivery. Waited patiently until 11th business day with no delivery.
Went to website and filled out an inquiry form but never heard from them. Waited a week, went to website and filled out another inquiry form. Waited a week, never heard from them. Went to website AGAIN and got their toll free number. Called number and heard automated blurb that due to overwhelming number of calls, could not take my call right now, please leave a message (well, I wonder why?). When message to to the point where I could leave a message, was told the mailbox of full!
I disputed my credit card charges and never heard from this vendor again. WARNING: Check out all internet vendors at usacomplaints.com before purchasing and save yourself the aggravation and DON'T GET RIPPED OFF!!
