I noticed the name of this company on my credit card statement. I called to inquire: they said I approved it via aol email. Not true. I feel totally ripped off

Last month I saw a charge I knew was unidentifiable. Being on extended travel, I made a mental note - when it appeared again, I called the phone number. I was told I approved the charge via a box on AOL. I know I did not. They also told me that after a 7 day trial, they sent a confirming email and I approved it again. I KNOW that was not the case. This is clearly a rip off. Please prevent companies like this from scamming others!
