Privacymatters
Privacy matters took unauthorized money from credit card even after cancelling no service rendered

Business & Finance

I was looking for my credit score and I tried Privacymatters "Free" service didn't receive my score. After looking online I found that I this company may not be the best fit, so I emailed them and canceled. Later I found that they charged me $1 no big deal I emailed them again and canceled I also called their 800 number it's a automated system they wanted to know my account # (which I never recieved) or my credit card # this is where the trouble stated in the first place.

This month I looked at my statement and found that I had been charged the $1 but also there was one for $59.80 after seeing this I called my credit card company and put a dispute on all transactions through this company.
I was told that it would take 14 days to view and get in contact with privacy matters, the lady on the phone said that they had heard of this company and from what i took away from that statement was that it was all that good.

I noticed that there are many different branches of this company, so, they all might not be bad news but this one is.
