AOL ripoff screwed others too

I tried to setup AOL on my computer but after all was finished and done I could never get it to connect. I deleted it from my computer because I could never get it to dial up. Imagine my surprise when 2 months later I was billed for 2 accounts. I called AOL and asked them why I was billed. One idiot kept telling me to start up my AOL and go to billing. I kept telling him I didn't have it on my computer and he told me to go to Start and look under programs. I informed him I was not the idiot. That I had told him 3 times I no longer had or had used AOL. He told me I was rude and hung up on me.

I called back and got a nice lady who asked for my credit card number and returned my payment. It seems everytime I have ever called them and gotten a man he was rude or didn't speak English very well. Why does AOL continue to try to bill people when they don't have accounts... Geez
