Ripoff, Buyers be aware of Free Sony Laptop - Free Home Depot Gift Certificate and more! Internet

I received an email stating that I won a Sony Vaio Laptop. I knew it was probably bogus but went ahead and clicked on their "Claim Prize" Link just to see who these liars were and submitt this report.

As suspected you click through pages of questionnaires asking demographics about yourself and pages and pages of other "Free Offers" from dozens of companies. It goes on and on and if you don't buy something from these offers you never get to claim your prize.

In my opinion what they are doing is enticing people to get a nice expensive free gift, in order to get all kinds of personal data on the applicant to use or sell to others.

This is spam in its worst scenario.

If they actually ever send me my "Free" Sony Laptop I will let you all know!
