E-Pro Fraudulent billing, ripoff and dishonest company in Utah Orem

I too ordered e-pro auction for free for 14 days. I thought they were going to send me a CD explaining the home business. I never recieved any information from them. Then last night 9/5/06 I was checking my visa statement & discovered I had a reoccuring charge from Dr Epro for $49.95. I called this morning and found they have been charging me since last December. When I called them I got a lady on the phone she told me I had been sent the info packet and had to cancel within 14 days to get a refund. I told her I had never received such a packet and she insisted I had. I couldn't cancel the business in 14 days if I didn't know how to cancel or the e-mail address to cancel or a phone number. She refused to credit my credit card for one cent until next month. This is unaccceptable.

This scam needs to be stopped and a class action suit filed.
